Workshop Synopsis:

The intention of this focused endovascular aortic workshop is to cover important topics and techniques pertaining to the latest endovascular treatment of complex aortic pathologies including thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms as well as type B aortic dissection. The majority of operators would be comfortable treating straight-forward abdominal or thoracic aneurysm cases, although occasionally, complex aneurysms or dissection cases with malperfusion arise in our daily practice that requires a deeper understanding of the available strategies and techniques for successful treatment. For this workshop, we are excited to welcome an array of local and internationally renowned experts in this field spanning different specialties ranging from vascular surgery, and interventional radiology as well as cardiothoracic vascular surgery to share their wealth of experience and to provide us with expert tips to better tackle this challenge.
